Who can select pickup and drop-off?
Pick-up and drop-off are available exclusively for local customers in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Arlington, Crystal City, and Alexandria, VA. Fees range from $5 to $20, depending on distance and your preferred option. We also offer domestic shipping if you’d prefer.
Do you offer rush orders for customized projects?

What is your custom garment turnaround time?

For custom tops, the turnaround time is typically 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity. For more intricate items like gowns, which require detailed work, the turnaround time is generally 6 to 8 weeks.
